The Find brings to you.
A handsome pair of early victorian porcelain Staffordshire hunting hounds in wonderful hand painted condition. These pointer dogs with their white coats and brown spots are seated on a cobalt blue mounted base with gold trim.
Both the dogs are wearing gilded collars attached to a yellow chain which runs down their sides towards the base, they both each have a bone ( lovely detail).
The underside has the firing hole and a stamp in gold gilt.
Individually no two are ever painted the same and they originally were made to be displayed on victorian mantels.
They make a really lovely interior decorative display for your home and as they are Staffordshire they are highly collectable.
Superb condition.
