Refund Policy

We ensure that we describe and photograph each item to the best of our 

ability. Mid-Century and Antiques all have an element of wear and tear, aging and patina, that is why they are so charming.​

We pack our items carefully with recyclable material, and make sure that they are not open to damage on their way to you.

​

If you decide to cancel the item please do so within 48 hrs of purchase.​ as we send the item for shipping after 3 days. 

 

We do not return an item if you have a change of mind.

If the item is damaged during shipping to you please let us know asap by contacting info@thefindvintage.co.uk

If the Item is not as you feel is described then again contact us, you will need to make sure the item is packed as well as we have sent it to you. ship and track it so the cost is covered.

 

If the item is returned to us damaged we cannot refund you, the courier you use will be your point of contact for this.
