Refund Policy

I trust that you will love our purchase.

We try to describe and photograph each item to the best of our 

ability. Vintage and Antiques all have an element of wear and tear, aging and patina, that is why they are so charming.​

We pack our items carefully with as much recyclable material as possible and make sure that they are not open to damage on their way to you.

​

If you decide to cancel the item please let us know 48 hrs after purchase.​ 

You will have 14 days to send this to us.

If the item is damaged during shipping to you please let us know asap by contacting info@thefindvintage.co.uk

If the Item is not as you feel is described then again contact us, you will need to make sure the item is returned back to us packed as well as we have sent it to you. ship and track it so the cost is covered.

 

If the item is returned to us damaged we cannot refund you, the courier you use will be your point of contact for this.
