By placing an order with us you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions. Please note that the terms and conditions can be changed at anytime.

Authenticity

We go to every length to verify the origin, age and history behind the object you have purchased. Items are antique and vintage.

Nature of products

Items are vintage and aged. Any wear and tear is reflected in photos and product descriptions.

Shipping UK and Overseas

All items enjoy free shipping in the UK only. Overseas items prices will be estimated by weight.

Please allow 3-5 days for shipping. If you need the item quicker please let us know via our email info@thefindvintage.co.uk.

We ensure everything is packaged as carefully as possible so as to prevent damage during shipping.

All items are as sustainably packed as much as possible using recycled packaging and boxes.

For a free collection, we are happy to organise a designated London or Surrey based point to collect the item in person.

Please email at info@thefindvintage.co.uk so we can arrange a time and place this is after the item has been purchased.

Cancellations

If you decide that you do not want the item please cancel within 48 house of ordering. See refunds policy.
