Heavy blue salt-glazed Renishware German Flagon. this is believed o be 18th century with its grey and cobalt blue underglaze. Decorated with horses and floral patterns, these were made to last and are great for storage.  

Decorative or used as a vase floor or on a table. There is a small chip on the back of the flagon shown in photo. no other damage.
